The SCRSS is a self-funding membership organisation,
library and cultural centre that promotes knowledge of the culture,
language and history of Russia and the former Soviet Union.

Individual Membership
- Vote at SCRSS AGM. Nominate and / or stand for membership
of SCRSS Council.

Digest, published three times a year.
- Events:
- Reduced-price admission to SCRSS
events. Invitations to member-only events.

offers for SCRSS members.
- SCRSS Library:
- Access to the General Reference Collection, Loan Collection
and Research Collections (with the exception of the
SCRSS Archive).
- Loan Collection - borrow up to six books at one time (Literature
only). Postal loan option available, with members paying
for postage and packing.
- Discount on room hire - subject to availability of premises.
Affiliate Membership
- Appoint one representative to attend and vote at SCRSS AGM.
- Publications:
- Receive the SCRSS Digest
published three times a year.
- Discount on mailing inserts and advertisements in the
SCRSS Digest.
- Events:
- Reduced-price admission for up to five members of an affiliated
organisation to SCRSS events.
Two places on the same terms as individual members to SCRSS
member-only events.
- Stop-press details via email of events, including special
offers for SCRSS members.
- SCRSS Library: Access to the General
Reference Collection, Loan Collection and Research Collections
(with the exception of the SCRSS Archive).

You may inspect a copy of the Society's Rules at the SCRSS head
office before applying. Once we have accepted your application,
you will receive a copy of the Rules, together with your membership
card.
