The SCRSS is a self-funding membership organisation that aims to promote knowledge of the culture, language and history of Russia and the former Soviet Union.

Benefits of SCRSS Membership

• SCRSS Information Digest: three issues per annum.
• Use of the Library. Members may borrow up to six books at one time from the loan library. They may also consult the reference library and archive on a fee basis (reduced rate). Postal loans are available and are charged at mailing cost. Affiliated organisations use reference materials free of charge, but may not borrow books. Use of photocopier, subject to approval by the SCRSS.
• Reduced rates for SCRSS lectures and film shows.
